Planning your meals ahead of time can play a big role in your weight loss journey! Don’t make it a habit to wait until the last minute to decide what you’re going to eat. You probably will end up eating foods that are high in fat and/or sugar simply because it’s usually more convenient. Create a weekly plan to avoid that. If planning a week ahead becomes to overwhelming and stresses you out than plan it over the next 2-3 days at a time until it becomes second nature.
