Going to the gym could distract you from life’s stresses and give you an opportunity to vent aggression in constructive ways. This is especially helpful for those who have depression and/or high anxiety. At first you might be nervous about going to a place full of strangers, but that will go away little by little as you feel a little increase in your energy and find yourself being more familiar with the machines. As your physical and mental slowly improves, you will also notice your an increase in confidence as well. Eventually that confidence will become your new norm and before you know it you will find that the gym is apart of your sanity. I promise you!
